What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote project coordination or administration role where I can manage schedules, records, budgets, proposals, and compliance across complex parallel projects while helping teams identify risks early and deliver on time.

At Missouri University of Science and Technology, I coordinate federal and industrial project proposals, maintain project records, and build automated Excel models for expenditure tracking, forecasting, and milestone reporting. I work closely with Principal Investigators, department chairs, and external stakeholders to surface risks early and keep deliverables compliant and on schedule.

Previously, I coordinated energy transition initiatives at PETROMAINT, including a 30 kW solar rollout and EV charging infrastructure, while managing bids, schedules, technical proposals, ROI models, and compliance reviews. Across research administration, executive operations, and energy delivery, I bring 7+ years of experience keeping complex parallel workflows accurate, documented, and moving forward.
