I am seeking a senior Agile/ Scrum leadership role where I can coach teams, improve delivery processes, manage releases, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes.

I am a PSM II-certified Agile leader with extensive experience coaching Scrum teams, managing releases, and implementing process improvements across government and enterprise projects. I specialize in Jira and Confluence administration and designing workflows to streamline development and testing.

At Infosys I served as Lead Consultant/Process Manager/Agile Coach for the E-Filing 2.0 income tax portal, mentoring Scrum Masters, coordinating with multiple government agencies, and improving delivery commitments and capacity planning. I have led distributed teams, facilitated Scrum ceremonies, and delivered measurable improvements in team productivity and stakeholder alignment.

My background includes hands-on experience in release management, Coolgen development, mainframe technologies, and QA processes; I combine technical understanding with strong stakeholder management and a focus on continuous improvement to help teams transition to and thrive in Agile ways of working.
