I am a motivated software engineer with hands-on experience building Node.js backend middleware for AI customer-service chatbots and shipping customer-facing web applications. I manage full development lifecycles, from prototyping and architecture to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
In my recent role I developed middleware that enables a chatbot to understand human input, automated chatbot-driven customer service tasks, and provided third-line support to diagnose outages and production issues. I also mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering requirements and application architecture.
Earlier roles include frontend development and optimization—improving performance, UI/UX, SEO, and responsive design—and building and maintaining websites using WordPress and Red Hat Linux. I hold a BSc in Business Informatics Engineering and have international internship experience across Europe.
