At Navy Federal Credit Union, I automated remediation of critical vulnerabilities across a fleet of 20,000 desktop devices and peripherals. As a Vulnerability Management Intern, I also engineered a PowerShell MECM/SCCM client recovery solution for 550+ VMs and triaged Nessus findings against internal risk scoring and NIST 800-53 controls.
In my current Desktop Support Contractor role, I built Agent Studio, a tool that uses GitHub Copilot CLI agents to run PowerShell fixes on remote machines and help resolve incident tickets faster. I also use Splunk queries and MECM troubleshooting to investigate endpoint issues, while pursuing an M.S. in Cybersecurity (Data Security Track) at University of West Florida.
