Nives Sabljić
@nivessablji
Regulatory technology project manager delivering compliant Suptech and reporting solutions worldwide.
What I'm looking for
I’m a regulatory technology professional with 6+ years of experience spanning business analysis, consulting, and project management in the financial services sector. I’ve helped central banks, supervisory authorities, and financial institutions deliver complex software for regulatory reporting and financial supervision.
Currently, I manage international Suptech platform deployments for financial regulators, leading the delivery and rollout of the CORA platform across multiple regions. I act as the primary liaison between my team and regulatory clients—translating supervisory requirements into actionable delivery plans, governance, and milestone tracking—while coordinating cross-functional teams to drive adoption into supervisory workflows.
Before that, as a Senior Business Consultant at Regnology Group, I served as the main point of contact for a portfolio of key clients. I led client onboarding end-to-end, assessed the impact of new and evolving regulations on client systems, and collaborated with technical teams to ensure compliant implementations under tight regulatory deadlines, while mentoring junior consultants.
Earlier, I built strong foundations in regulatory requirements and data-driven delivery through roles in Business Consulting and Business Analysis (R&D–Own Funds). I authored user stories in Jira, validated releases through structured testing, and used SQL and advanced Excel for in-depth analysis; I also developed a risk reporting framework, credit risk methodologies, and stress-testing models during my time as a Credit Risk Specialist.
