I built a Recruitment & Hiring Management System on Salesforce, using custom objects and relationships to model the hiring lifecycle.
I added workflow automation with Record-Triggered and Screen Flows, Approval Processes, and Validation Rules. I also developed bulkified Apex Triggers with a Handler class pattern and Batch Apex for stale-candidate cleanup.
For the hiring system, I developed Lightning Web Components and created reports and dashboards.
I also built a Vendor Risk & Compliance Management application on Salesforce, automating certificate-expiry notifications, audit tasks, and overdue corrective-action escalation. I configured its approval process, validation rules, record types, page layouts, and dynamic forms.
