What I'm looking for

I want to bring the rigour of chartered accountancy practice into industry-side finance and operations. I prefer designing and documenting repeatable processes over one-off firefighting, closing the books daily, and using AI-assisted workflows to reduce routine effort so finance judgement can focus on decisions, controls, and business partnering.

At Tudo4mobiles Imports & Exports LDA, I manage accounting and warehouse operations for an import-export e-commerce business. Daily courier reconciliation and tighter collection follow-up reduced outstanding cash-on-delivery balances by about 41%, from €280,000 to €165,000 per month.

I also shortened the monthly close from Day 3 to daily closing, giving management a continuously current P&L. I support Portuguese VAT and SAF-T submissions, reconcile stock and sales records, and coordinate shipments, warehouse processes, and customer dispatch.

Before this, I worked in two Chartered Accountancy practices in New Delhi, maintaining client books, preparing tax filings, and conducting statutory and tax audits. Across those roles, I introduced Excel reconciliation templates that reduced routine reporting time; I now apply advanced Excel, lightweight VBA and Python automation, and AI tools to finance workflows.
