I’m a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations consultant with 7+ years of experience delivering scalable ERP solutions aligned with EU business requirements. I focus on finance processes, compliance, and enterprise system optimization, while keeping integrations and workflows practical for real-world teams.

At Capgemini (May 2025 – Present), I implemented Coupa integration for vendor and invoice processing, designed custom workflows for return order processes, and delivered user training across finance and operations teams. I bring strong stakeholder communication to ensure smooth adoption and measurable process improvements.

Previously at Sonata Software Ltd (May 2019 – May 2025), I implemented a donation processing solution in F&O for a Canada-based client (2 years onsite) and led data migration for an upgrade from AX 2012 to D365. I automated adjustment, re-allocation and refund processes, supported rollouts for all finance modules, and designed customized SSRS reports and data entities for reporting.

I’ve also built integration and automation capabilities—such as Amazon sales & payments import, AI builder-based vendor invoice automation, and custom workflow design for inventory management.
