What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a data entry, data management, records, or administrative support role where I can maintain accurate digital records, support office workflows, use Excel and E-Office, and contribute to reporting and documentation.

I've supported data and administrative operations at the Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, maintaining accurate records, digital documentation, and official correspondence.

At the Ministry of Defence, I manage SANCHAY Portal records, administrative databases, reporting, RTI correspondence, DAK distribution, study group reports on manpower, and Army Mail activities.

At the Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, I managed SATHI and Seed EXIM Portal work related to seed varieties and the import and export of seeds. I also coordinated meetings, scheduled conference rooms, prepared MoM, handled E-Office operations, file movement, noting, drafting, and email communication.

Earlier at Verma Associates, I maintained client databases, invoices, backups, and documentation while improving workflows through digital and AI-based tools. I bring a strong focus on data accuracy, record integrity, MIS reporting, and dependable day-to-day office support.
