What I'm looking for
I’m a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Assistant with strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data management. I focus on entering, updating, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring confidentiality.
I work confidently with large amounts of data and keep files and documents organized and efficient. I’ve handled tasks like data cleaning, removing duplicate records, and converting PDF files into Excel and Word formats.
Through self-practice/freelance projects (Jan 2025–Present), I created and maintained student databases in Excel and Google Sheets. I used formulas for data organization and calculations, updated entries, verified data accuracy, and prepared reports and summaries.
I’m a quick learner with good communication and time management, and I bring attention to detail to every task. My training includes Microsoft Excel Fundamentals, MS Office Fundamentals, and data entry and data management training from CAD Planet.
