At BDO Rise, I lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence across financial services, retail, SaaS, and other sectors, working with onshore directors and senior managers. I deliver quality of earnings, net working capital, and net debt analysis for deal valuation.
I piloted AI agents for repetitive diligence tasks, including cash proof reconciliation and trial balance mapping. I also built a monthly Power BI dashboard used by the Assistant Director to report team performance to onshore leadership.
At Ernst & Young (EY) GDS, I delivered due diligence on medium to complex deals and owned report sections on quality of earnings, working capital, and net debt. My analysis included cohort, trend, constant-currency, and stock-volume work tailored to each target.
