I seek remote entry-level roles in QA, data entry, microtasks, or support where I can apply testing, web, and customer-service skills while learning and growing.

I am a motivated and adaptable entry-level QA and customer support professional with hands-on experience in manual testing, customer support, and basic web design. I have completed QA training, contributed to customer support operations, and built automation for a mobile game using ADB and AirtestIDE.

My background includes internships and trainee roles where I learned HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript, SQL, and practical testing techniques such as writing test cases, bug reporting, and data verification. I also managed support tickets, handled client communication via email and live chat, and collaborated with teams using remote tools.
