Nirmalya Biswas

I am a B.Tech graduate in Civil (Structures) with a Diploma in Civil (W.B.S.C.T.E) and five years of hands-on experience in highway and industrial building projects. I focus on foundations, pre-stressed and RCC girders, precast works, and large-scale bridge and flyover construction.

I have worked as Assistant Bridge Engineer at LEA Associates South Asia Pvt Ltd delivering Independent Engineer services on the 4-laning Balasore–Kharagpur (NH-60) section, as Engineer (Structure) with Montecarlo India Ltd on the Shirdi–Sinnar (NH-160) project, and I am currently serving as Sr. Engineer with Sharad Construction Group (Oct 2024 – till date). My project experience includes pile and open foundations, PSC and RCC girders, box girders, major and minor bridges, flyovers and multiple industrial RCC frame structures.

I bring strong construction supervision, project planning and quality assurance skills, including AutoCAD, GAD analysis, BBS, estimation and mix-design approval. I am committed to safe, code-compliant execution, continuous improvement and delivering projects that meet IRC, IS and MoRT&H standards.
