At HOCH Health Ostschweiz, I research the evolution of ESKAPE pathogens in the gut and their resistance determinants in response to antimicrobial treatment. I also study pH-dependent evolution of delafloxacin and ciprofloxacin resistance in Pseudomonas aeruginosa from cystic fibrosis and non-CF patients.
My experience includes research roles at Centogene and the Institut für infektionskrankheiten (IFIK), University of Bern, as well as clinical data management. I hold a Master’s in Molecular Life Sciences, specializing in Microbiology/Immunology, and have worked in antimicrobial resistance and microbiome research.
