What I'm looking for

I seek roles that leverage credentialing and recruiting expertise while allowing me to grow front-end development skills in a collaborative, detail-focused team that values accuracy and continuous learning.

I am a credentialing and retention specialist who ensures candidates meet facility requirements and stay compliant using JobDiva, Symplr API and Relias; I run retention reports and manage onboarding to facility portals to keep documents current and prevent credential lapses. I also recruit healthcare workers across California and the USA, creating submission profiles, sourcing via Indeed and ZipRecruiter, and coordinating with hiring teams to meet changing facility requirements.

As a junior front-end developer, I build with HTML, CSS and JavaScript and I’m learning React and Angular, bringing technical curiosity to my credentialing work. My BSc in Biosystems and Agricultural Engineering and an internship in water and wastewater treatment underpin my methodical, problem-solving approach and commitment to detail.
