What I'm looking for

I'm seeking opportunities in customer support, English-language education, marketing, business development or administration.

At NIFEN, I manage an online-first fashion brand, coordinating suppliers, customer relationships, pricing and order fulfilment. I create promotional posts for Instagram and WhatsApp Business and use customer feedback and sales records to inform product and inventory decisions.

At PECCU – Pecten Employees Cooperative Credit Union, I supported marketing initiatives across three branch teams. I promoted the PECCU–Wafacash remittance campaign through customer-awareness activities and created marketing and educational content.
