Nikos Giannikos

At the University of Greater Manchester, I’m studying Cybersecurity and learning the fundamentals of cybersecurity and networking. I’m looking to gain real work experience in these fields.

Through maintaining my own computers and phones, I’ve fixed technical issues and worked to prevent them. I also have experience with Windows 10/11, Linux fundamentals, and homelab and self-hosted server setup and configuration.

As a CarpentersApprentice, I met project deadlines and learned about communicating with customers and colleagues in a work environment. I also developed an understanding of committing to high work standards.

I enjoy discovering new topics, from political history to technological advances, and I’m interested in learning from new experiences. I hope to keep developing my skills through challenging work.
