I'm building Tableau dashboards and SQL-driven reporting workflows for a major telecommunications company, turning operational and financial data into clear business metrics and KPIs.
I query Oracle databases to extract, clean, and structure large datasets, while managing routine and ad-hoc analytics through advanced Excel functions. I also coordinate analytics tasks across departments to keep reporting workflows transparent and on track.
At Georgian American University, I developed a user request and issue automation system with Microsoft Power Apps. I configured Power Automate workflows to process forms instantly and route email notifications to the appropriate support queues.
I'm completing a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and continue developing practical skills in Tableau, SQL, Excel, automation, and AI-enabled professional workflows.
