As a Registered Nurse Coordinator at Hinsdale Pediatric Associates, I supervise nursing activities to achieve optimal patient outcomes. I hire, train, and support nursing team members, provide orientation and mentorship, create staff schedules, and monitor patient satisfaction while ensuring confidentiality and safety.

I also leverage EPIC Electronic Health Record (EHR) to update staff with accurate coaching and training, document vitals, and support clinical operations. I monitor diet, physical activity, behaviors, and other patient factors to assess conditions and adjust treatment plans, while coordinating supplies, equipment, and vaccination safety through strict verification of dosages.

In my Registered Nurse role, I work with pediatricians to assess patient-specific needs, monitor conditions, record vital signs, and collect lab specimens. I oversee and administer age-appropriate immunizations, including fast-paced Influenza and COVID-19 vaccine clinics, and I counsel patients and caregivers with emotional, psychological, and spiritual support. I’m also expanding into aesthetics through training with certified nurse injectors as a Registered Nurse Injector, while holding a Certified Botox Injector (2025).
