Elizabeth Martinez

Registered Nurse who coordinates care and builds confident, healthy school communities.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Registered Nurse with a strong blend of clinical, coordination, and communication skills. Since September 2019, I’ve provided acute care on a medical-surgical telemetry stroke unit and supported day-to-day patient needs across multiple clinical settings, while maintaining a calm, organized approach to teamwork and patient safety.
In my current roles, I focus on outcomes through care coordination and prevention—providing patient education, benefit explanations, referrals, and resources for members with chronic health needs, and serving as a Certified School Nurse in the north region to establish and review IEP/504 plans and conduct remote and in-person assessments. I also bring hands-on experience from earlier Medical Assistant roles, including phlebotomy, vaccine administration, in-office testing, EKG, and EMR documentation with EPIC, Meditech, Cerner, SSM, and Aspen.
