I’m a San Diego City College student focused on gaining real-world experience through an internship. I bring a strong customer-service mindset, clear communication, and reliable time management in fast-paced environments.

As a Lot Attendant with Ace Parking, I greet and assist customers while keeping lot activity safe and organized. I process payments and issue tickets accurately using point-of-sale systems, monitor for issues, and enforce parking regulations with professionalism and courtesy.

Earlier experience as Event Staff with Allied Universal strengthened my ability to manage crowds and maintain access control at large-scale events. I monitored assigned areas for safety or security concerns, provided directions and event information, and collaborated with team members and law enforcement to resolve conflicts.

In cashier and service roles at Chipotle and Ghirardelli, I maintained food safety and hygiene standards while supporting high-volume rush periods. I operated cash registers, processed transactions accurately, kept work areas clean, and contributed to team goals through problem-solving, adaptability, and strong customer service.
