At Birla OPUS Paint, I work on mechanical operations and maintenance for paint filling and packing lines. I monitor equipment performance and carry out troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
I identified a bottleneck at the labeling station and made a mechanical adjustment to increase machine throughput. I also implemented a changeover check sheet and improved machine alignment and placement.
I installed new sensors in the DEPAL to support a faster, smoother pallet return process. I also teach new team members and received an appreciation certificate from Birla Opus business head Himanshu Kapaniya.
