I evaluate oxidative-stress biomarkers in Triton X-100-induced dyslipidemic rat serum using spectrophotometric and ELISA-based biochemical analysis.

In a study of berberine hydrochloride and anacetrapib, I measured malondialdehyde by the TBARS method at 532 nm and superoxide dismutase activity using a WST-based assay at 450 nm. The 1:1 combination showed the strongest response, reducing MDA by 59.2% and increasing SOD by 120.5% versus the disease-control group.

I use triplicate measurements and one-way ANOVA with Tukey's multiple-comparison testing to assess group differences, while recognizing the need for independent biological replicates for synergy confirmation.
