At Centro Shoes and more, I built and maintained Power BI dashboards for leadership reporting, tracking sell-through, stock turnover, GMROI, and category contribution.
I used historical sales and seasonal trends for demand forecasting, helping guide inventory planning. I also identified slow-moving inventory and validated inventory reconciliation and pricing data to support pricing and assortment decisions.
At Jasch Plastics India Ltd, I analysed material consumption and defect-rate data to identify rework reduction opportunities, and prepared cost-analysis reports to support client proposals.
