What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead inclusive development, peacebuilding, and civic engagement programs that amplify the voices of women, youth, and persons with disabilities, while building stronger community partnerships and measurable impact.

At Debbie Kauna Foundation, I coordinate UNDP-supported peacebuilding activities that strengthen social cohesion, reconciliation, and community-led dialogue across Adamawa State. I design accessible training for women, youth, persons with disabilities, and community leaders on civic participation, peace education, conflict resolution, and resilience.

I've supported livelihood distribution to more than 200 vulnerable households, led PSEA and Early Warning and Early Response training, and delivered education, menstrual health, protection, and disability-inclusion initiatives. I use participatory learning, MEAL frameworks, KoboCollect, and multi-stakeholder partnerships to ensure underserved communities can advocate for their needs and participate in decision-making.
