Nigel Akye

I combine training in agriculture with a technology background from Tamale Technical University to help modernize farming using IT and digital tools. I’m currently serving as NSS Personnel at Maphlix Trust Farms, where I support agricultural technology and digital advisory services for farmers.

Before that, I worked as a Sales Associate at a Phone Shop in Accra, handling daily sales, inventory, and customer relations. I also provided customer support and troubleshooting for mobile devices, building practical technical understanding I can bring to agritech and mobile solutions.

I’m especially interested in smart farming for smallholder farmers—things like precision agriculture, IoT for agritech, and tools that connect farmers to markets through digital pathways.
