Looking for a role in product management, -development, or AI and automation, ideally on physical or hybrid products. I bring four years owning physical products end to end, an industrial design background, and hands on AI pipeline experience. I work best with clear goals, autonomy, and direct feedback. Remote-first preferred. Open to hybrid roles in Germany, Austria, or the Netherlands.

Product Manager at EMM International who managed 100+ SKUs and shifted eligible packaging to recycled materials.
GermanyWhat I'm looking for
At EMM International (Colad, Finixa), I managed a portfolio of 100+ SKUs across five product groups, generating €6M+ in annual revenue. I handled product introductions, range extensions, supplier relationships, complaint resolution, and phase-outs.
When a patented pump sprayer developed critical quality issues, I brought root cause analysis in house and translated failure modes into technical requirements for the manufacturer. When it couldn't meet specification, I negotiated an early end to the €2M partnership and ran a search for a new manufacturer at equal or lower cost.
I also worked with key suppliers to move ~90% of the eligible portfolio to recycled packaging, with up to 70% recycled materials. The change cut the portfolio's carbon footprint by 60%, with defect rates under 1%.
At Geminos, I research generative AI tools and combine them into an automated pipeline that turns a brief into storyboards, scripts, and finished video in about 15 minutes. I document the workflow in a shared GitHub repository so the team can run and build on it.
