I've applied molecular biology, bioprocessing, biochemical analysis, and BLAST bioinformatics in hands-on biotechnology work.
During my training at Britannia in Rudrapur, I studied quality analysis of raw materials used in production. I also use Excel for data analysis and laboratory methods including gel electrophoresis, DNA extraction, centrifugation, and UV spectrophotometry.
For my biotechnology project, I investigated bioplastic composites from waste materials by processing cellulose and starch from food waste and isolating polyhydroxybutyrate through photofermentation. I evaluated material blends and characterization data to assess feasibility.
