I've completed an M.Sc. in Biotechnology from the University of Burdwan, with a specialization in microbial biotechnology and genomic DNA isolation.
My project focused on isolating and characterizing 2,4,6-trinitrophenol-degrading bacteria from industrial soil samples in Hooghly, including molecular characterization using 16S rRNA gene sequencing.
I've gained hands-on experience with PCR, ELISA, SDS-PAGE, Western blotting, dot blotting, microbial staining, culture-media preparation, and isolation of microorganisms. I also completed a skill-development course combining theory and hands-on HPLC training at CSIR-IICB.
I'm looking to develop my skills and gain valuable knowledge in a dynamic, stable organization aligned with my academic background.
