Nicole Theinert

I’m an ESL teacher focused on helping students build real-world confidence in grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, and natural conversational English. I create engaging lessons and activities that strengthen speaking, listening, reading, and writing, while keeping learning practical and supportive.

In my teaching work, I assess progress with quizzes, assignments, and other evaluations, then grade work and provide constructive feedback to guide improvement. I maintain student records and submit regular progress updates and performance reports so learners and stakeholders stay aligned on growth.

I also adapt my teaching methods and materials to match individual learning needs and skill levels, fostering an encouraging classroom environment for students from diverse backgrounds. Alongside classroom work, I’m building additional capability as a Healthcare Interpreter through continuing education.
