I'm seeking additional administrative or data entry work to complement my Lead Business Analyst role, applying my organizational and analytical skills while gaining new professional experience.

At Thomson Reuters, I lead configuration, testing, and production support for Varicent incentive compensation systems, ensuring accurate compensation processing and system stability.

I've onboarded five data sources across 10 sub-segments, identified data and process issues, and built solutions to resolve them. I partner with Finance, Sales, IT, and technical teams to turn requirements into functional specifications and deliver new processes through go-live.

I maintain SOX controls for system updates, perform data validation and audit queries, and manage testing and change control through resolution.
