What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an opportunity to apply my practical technical knowledge and troubleshooting abilities in an IT Support, Help Desk, or Desktop Support environment.

I’ve assembled and maintained personal computers since 1995, working across generations of hardware and Windows operating systems. I built my first custom desktop in 2008 and have since assembled three systems, selecting compatible components and installing and configuring hardware.

In my independent hands-on work, I’ve troubleshot Windows startup failures, blue-screen errors, driver conflicts, and operating system problems. I’ve also configured BIOS/UEFI settings, installed operating systems and peripherals, and handled basic router and network connectivity troubleshooting.

I’m currently continuing coursework toward the Google IT Support Professional Certificate through Coursera, with three course certificates completed. I’m seeking an opportunity to apply my practical technical knowledge and troubleshooting abilities in an IT Support, Help Desk, or Desktop Support environment.
