I’m a Graphic Design Intern who turns complex information into intuitive visuals through research, testing, and iteration. In my internship at Báo Pháp luật TP HCM, I designed infographics and banners based on audience reading habits, helping increase engagement by 10%.

I collaborate closely with editors, clients, and design teams to ensure every deliverable meets requirements and deadlines. I’ve also tested different image layouts on social media to identify designs with the highest click-through rates, using results to guide improvements.

Alongside my media experience, I’m building strong UX research and web/graphic design skills through a personal project, Neuroverse. I synthesize datasets to identify behavioral patterns and pain points, create user personas and journey maps, and apply cognitive psychology principles to design minimalist interfaces on Figma.

I’m especially focused on measurable usability outcomes—building and conducting usability testing to improve navigation flows and optimize touchpoints for remote psychological support. I want to keep growing in roles where design decisions are driven by user insights and validated through testing.
