At AdventureAsia, I designed, built, and run AA-CIS, a live multi-tenant agentic content platform, alongside TripPlanner and booking products on a shared data platform. I delivered the system from data model to production, with staged LLM pipelines, evaluation gates, and human review before content publishes.
Before AI, I led applied chemical and materials R&D projects at Institute for Tropicalization and Environment, publishing 16 scientific papers and co-inventing a Vietnamese patent for nano-carbon filter sheets. I bring that lab discipline to LLM systems: define what good looks like, measure it, and change one thing at a time.
