My current work covers Kelly piling, foundations, a basement, a 25-floor residential structure, earthworks, and urban development.
At Construcciones Planificadas S.A., I also supported project controls for the Hospital CTIC, tracking specialist systems including radiotherapy bunkers, medical gases, HVAC, and fire protection. I coordinated with designers, contractors, and equipment suppliers while controlling costs and schedules by specialty and subproject.
My experience spans construction execution and project controls, from roads, parks, and sewer networks to high-rise buildings and complex infrastructure. I use SINCO ERP for costs and projections, CPM scheduling and earned value methods, and BIM 4D reporting with Revit and Blender, Power BI, and generative AI.
