At WORLEY TRINIDAD LIMITED, I lead Project Controls for Trinidad projects and portfolios exceeding US$100 million, including work for BP Trinidad Brown Field and Category C Portfolios, Atlantic LNG, and Heritage Petroleum. On the Shell Manatee FEED Project, I developed dashboards and reporting systems that improved project visibility by 20% and supported proactive risk mitigation and financial forecasting.
I also supported the Global Transformation Team on the Pathway Portfolio, establishing EcoSys and P6 reporting structures, reports, and curves. Earlier, as Project Controller at ANSA TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED, I provided project controls support for installations, plant expansions, maintenance projects, and offshore upgrades.
