What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex engineering and industrial projects where I can combine project controls, stakeholder management, client relationships, and multidisciplinary team coordination to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes.

I've led engineering, maintenance, construction, shutdown, turnaround, and industrial services projects at TOSL Engineering Limited for major energy and industrial clients across Trinidad and Tobago.

I manage projects from planning through closeout, developing schedules, resource plans, work packs, reporting systems, and execution methodologies while balancing safety, quality, cost, schedule, and client expectations.

I've coordinated portfolios of 20+ projects annually, teams of up to 60 personnel, and project values ranging from US$100K to US$10M. My work has supported LNG, petrochemical, power generation, infrastructure, manufacturing, and upstream energy facilities.

Alongside project delivery, I build strategic client relationships, support tenders and proposals, and identify opportunities for accounts including Massy WoodGroup, Caribbean Gas Chemical Limited, and Weldfab Ltd.
