At UNDP Zimbabwe, I processed payments and implementing-partner disbursements for the Global Fund grant. I also monitored the financial performance of seven implementing partners across three grant cycles, reviewing financial reports and supporting documents for compliance.
At IOM, I improved the finance grants management system for a humanitarian assistance programme, reducing project over- and under-expenditure by 25%. I also assessed prospective implementing partners and monitored mission and sub-office financial requirements against programme activities and funding.
I hold an MPhil in Developmental Finance from Stellenbosch University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Solusi University. My experience includes accounts payable, financial reporting, budget monitoring, donor compliance, and SAP, Pastel, ATLAS, and Quantum ERP systems.
