I’m a friendly and efficient cashier with 3 years of experience in fast-paced store environments. I process payments, resolve customer questions, keep the checkout area clean, and consistently create a positive, welcoming shopping experience.

As a Personal Shopper, I accurately and efficiently selected items from shelves based on customer orders using a handheld device. I carefully reviewed orders to ensure accuracy, confirmed order details by phone, and handled special requests, substitutions, and customer concerns while selecting fresh produce and other perishable items by preference and expiration dates.

In my Backroom Receiver role, I received and unloaded merchandise shipments, verified delivery accuracy against purchase orders and packing slips, and inspected merchandise for damage or defects. I also sorted and organized items in the back room, then stocked shelves and displays on the sales floor to support smooth operations.

More recently, I’ve been working as a Caregiver, providing companionship and emotional support and transporting clients to medical appointments and other activities. I document care provided, report incidents or concerns, and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
