At Amal Property Co. Ltd., I developed and presented six alternative solutions for apartment dehumidification and fresh-air supply. I designed a customized mini-AHU for typical apartments in Phuket, accounting for outdoor moisture conditions and coordinating with manufacturers and automation engineers.
At Gradient Design Bureau, I delivered 20 projects involving fast-food restaurants and boiler plants across Russia. I also created an Excel workflow for translating and formatting MagiCAD bills of materials, reducing preparation time by approximately 67% for a building of roughly 600 m².
At Introba, I developed an Excel workflow that integrated Revit schedules, LiNearBuilding heat-loss calculations, and air-balance calculations to automate equipment selection for 958 apartments. Earlier, at KRIP-inženjering, I completed designs for seven indoor swimming pool projects with pool water surface areas of 350–950 m².
