At Devo, I monitor and maintain the SIEM platform across cloud products, including GovCloud, reproduce customer issues in the lab, and use Python, JavaScript, Perl, Tcl, regex, SQL, SPL, and LINQ to investigate events and resolve problems. I also troubleshoot Linux, AIX, Windows, and networking environments while analyzing threats, root causes, and reporting data.

I've supported cybersecurity and infrastructure customers at Fortra Tripwire and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, implementing file integrity management, vulnerability management, policy compliance, cloud migrations, integrations, patches, and system hardening. I work closely with customers and account teams in English and Spanish, helping Latin American accounts resolve technical issues and achieve strong customer satisfaction.
