Vietnam

Message

At LabelBox, I developed AI-powered web applications and LLM workflows using Gemini and OpenAI APIs. I also implemented RAG pipelines that improved retrieval accuracy and reduced hallucination rates.

Previously, I led design and architecture for a microservices-based e-commerce platform at CACO FURNITURE COMPANY LIMITED, and customized and launched e-commerce, SaaS, and booking projects at CRYSTAL GIFTS LIMITED. My work has included REST and GraphQL APIs, AWS infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines.
