I am a Master of Psychology with hands-on experience in recruitment, HR administration, and clinical support. I have sourced candidates, coordinated interviews, and maintained applicant tracking systems for remote and in-person roles.

In HR roles I supported end-to-end recruitment activities—posting ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and assisting onboarding and offboarding processes. I maintained employee records and helped coordinate training and attendance tracking.

As a supervised psychologist I assisted with assessments, intake interviews, and both individual and group counseling, contributing to case discussions and treatment planning. I provided psychoeducation on stress management, anxiety, and coping strategies.

I combine psychological insight with practical HR and project support skills—aiming to design people-centered practices that improve hiring outcomes and employee well-being.
