At C-Saúde, I lead requirements, backlog prioritisation and delivery for a national point-of-care health information system, working with the Ministry of Health and international donors. I coordinate developers and Business Analyst resources across emergency, outpatient and inpatient modules.

I use SQL to validate Resumo Mensal reporting data for SISMa and lead functional and regression testing. I also support health facility pilots, turning user feedback into prioritised product and workflow improvements.

At Absa Bank Mozambique, I led AML and Financial Crime operations and managed a 10-person team. Process redesign, stronger controls and system improvements raised onboarding compliance pass rates from 54% to 98%; I also designed and built a SQL-based reconciliation system for PEP and high-risk customer data.

Earlier, I delivered technology consulting and OpenCart-based platforms at Vmall Lda, and contributed to banking and public-sector digital transformation at Absa Bank Mozambique and CEDSIF. For my MSc in Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence), I developed an adaptive language literacy application using Python, supervised learning and reinforcement learning.
