At Independent Consulting, I architected a no-code AI voice automation platform for support, sales, scheduling, and CRM workflows. It reduced manual CRM work by ~90% and deployment time by 70–80%.

At Srijan Technologies (Material+ Company), I designed a real-time analytics platform using Apache Kafka that reduced insight-generation latency from hours to seconds. I also owned solution architecture for a Cloud Analytics Platform.

At Publicis Sapient, I designed data pipelines and ingestion frameworks for structured and unstructured data. I also contributed to phased cloud data strategies and their implementation roadmaps.
