I’m a result-oriented Technical Service & Development chemist with 12 years of experience in R&D, New Product Development (NPD), shade matching, and Technical Services across CED, Coil, Wood, Architectural, and Industrial coatings. I build strong connections between laboratory development and real-world commercial performance through hands-on technical support and collaborative problem-solving.

In my current role at Allnex Resins India Pvt Ltd, I deliver technical visits and customer training, partner with sales and CRM teams to resolve complex technical issues, and support product selection with practical guidance. I also manage application parameters for new resins and additives, including CED, Coil, and Industrial coatings—so projects move smoothly from concept to application.

Previously at Behr Process Paint India Pvt Ltd, I led NPD for interior and exterior architectural coatings, drove process improvement, and maintained project databases in coordination with US counterparts to align global standards. I executed batch processing and performance testing, including exterior weathering impact analysis, and led stewardship projects to optimize and troubleshoot production batches.

I bring deep color science to every engagement, including advanced shade matching, color theory, and spectrophotometer analysis (hardware & software). I also support quality and compliance as an internal auditor aligned to ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 9001:2015—ensuring solutions are technically sound, safe, and consistently reproducible.
