At Ameriprise Financial Services, I prepare pitch books, teasers, and information memorandums to support deal sourcing and end-to-end M&A execution. I develop DCF valuations, IRR analysis, and comparable company/transaction analysis, including detailed 3-statement financial models with revenue drivers, operating assumptions, and capex projections.

I also support deal execution through financial due diligence—reviewing financial statements, operating metrics, and key value drivers—while creating investor long lists/short lists and helping with investor outreach and responses during due diligence. Earlier, as a Financial Analyst Intern at Valutinum Advisory, I strengthened M&A modeling accuracy and conducted industry research for market sizing and competitor/trading comparables.
