What I'm looking for

I'm looking for ownership and autonomy, where people care about outcomes over process. I do my best work with curious, collaborative teams that experiment, solve ambiguous problems, and let me contribute beyond assigned tasks.

I've built and led products for P&G, INEOS Automotive, Lincare Holdings, Medbikri, Blitz.gg, Office Depot, and Santander across ecommerce, healthcare, gaming, fintech, and FMCG.

At EPAM Systems, I helped establish P&G's Next.js and Payload CMS enterprise platform, led SharePoint-to-CMS migration, and worked on agentic search and RAG capabilities. My work contributed to a 44% increase in employee event participation and a 15% decrease in support enquiries.

I also delivered customer journeys for the INEOS Grenadier website, including vehicle configuration, checkout, retailer discovery, and test-drive requests, contributing to 21% organic search growth and an 11% increase in test-drive enquiries. At Medbikri, I led mobile and web delivery for a B2B pharma platform that reached 50K downloads in six months and reduced inventory update time from eight minutes to one.

I enjoy ownership, learning, and seeing what I've built genuinely used. I'm comfortable turning ambiguous problems into smaller, actionable pieces and working with curious, collaborative teams that care about outcomes.
