At Jasper Colin, I lead product design across a multi-portal research SaaS ecosystem, shaping UX strategy, roadmaps, and feature priorities with Product and Engineering. I drove 0-to-1 participant-facing products and redesigned major research journeys across web and mobile.

I took the Conference Tool from concept through staging, delivering 80+ experiences across about 10 personas and validating them through usability testing, SIT, and UAT. I also built a design system from scratch, identified 500+ UI/UX improvements during testing, and partnered in leading a team of 10+ designers.
