At Innovapptive, I took Digital Work Instructions from concept to GA in 10 months across three platforms, and the product went live with two enterprise customers. I also launched Generative AI authoring from videos, images, and PDFs, reducing authoring time from about two weeks to under one day.
I own a six-agent AI suite for frontline operations; four agents are live with enterprise customers. I evaluate LLMs on quality, latency, and cost, and defined a KPI framework using Langfuse product analytics.
I’m now leading Permit to Work through GA while managing three parallel modules in the CWP 2.0 release train. I also defined an eight-module Skills Management platform from customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis.
At Cogneau Systems, I owned the Master Data Management module as Product Owner for enterprise supply chain clients. I launched two features and improved three workflows using feedback from more than 50 users.
